You can request permanent deletion of your Jan Bhakti account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@janbhakti.app with the subject "Delete my Jan Bhakti account".
  2. Send it from the same Google account email you use to sign in to the app, or mention that email in the message.
  3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What stays on your device

The name and photo you use to personalise statuses are stored only on your device, never on our servers — uninstalling the app removes them. Wallpapers, statuses and ringtones you saved to your gallery remain on your device until you delete them yourself.

What may be retained

We may retain limited data where required by law (for example, records of payment transactions for tax compliance), for the period mandated by the applicable regulation.

Before you go

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription in the future, cancel it first through your payment method (for example, your UPI app's mandate section) to stop future charges.
